Track Your Order
Complete the following steps to track your order :
- Log into “My Account”(located at the top of the Home Page).
- Click on the Order Number you wish to track.
- Click on the Tracking Number for the item you wish to track.
If you receive a Shipping Notification, your order is on its way, even if you initially do not see any tracking information:
Sometimes it takes up to 24 hours to update Tracking Status.Oversized Items have special shipping arrangements. Delivery of oversized- items can take 1-2 weeks and you may not have tracking information for these items.
Delivery Information :
Delivery time for most items can take up to 3-5 business days. Oversized items may take 1-2 weeks.
You can log into your SurplusAAA account to view your order’s most recent status.
The following terms indicate the status of an order:
Submitted : You successfully submitted your order to SurplusAAA. The order should reach our warehouse for fulfillment within one business day.
Processing : Your order is at SurplusAAA warehouse and will usually ship in 1-2 business days. The product page lists any item(s) requiring a longer shipping time.
Cancelled : Few circumstances can cause an order cancellation :
- Your form of payment could not be successfully processed.
- You cancelled the order.
- Due to an unforeseen circumstance, SurplusAAA cannot process an order at that time.
Shipped : Your order is on its way. A tracking number may be available.
Return Initiated : At your request, SurplusAAA set up a return for an order.
Return Complete : SurplusAAA warehouse received the returned item.
How to Place an Order
Follow the steps below to place an order.
1. Add to Cart
To add an item to your cart, select add to cart on the product page.
2. Review Shopping Cart
After you finish shopping, review all items in your shopping cart to verify the correct size, color, and quantity by selecting at the top of any page on SurplusAAA.
3. Proceed to Checkout
When you are ready to order, CLICK on "Proceed to Checkout" Button located in your shopping cart.
4. Enter a Billing Address
Your billing address must match the address listed with your financial institution.
5. Enter a Shipping Address
If your shipping address is the same as the billing address, check the "My shipping address is the same as my billing address" box.
6. Payment Information
Select your method of payment.
If you have a Promotion Code or Gift Card, make sure to check the appropriate box and enter the Promotion code or Gift card number. If your gift card or promotional code does not calculate, view our Coupon and Promotional Code Help page.
7. Select Delivery & Gift Options
Review your order, change shipping options if necessary and add a message to be sent to the recipient once the order ships if it is being sent as a gift.
8. Submit Order
- Review all the information you have entered. If everything is correct, select “Submit Order Now” to complete the order.
- Do not click "Submit Order Now" more than once, or the system will duplicate your order.
- An order confirmation will appear on your screen with your invoice number.
- We recommend printing a copy of your order confirmation page for your records. We will also immediately email a copy of your order to you.

9. Check Your Order Status
If, at any time, you would like to review your order, click the Sign In link in the top right corner of most pages to login to your My Account
Can I Change My Order?
- You cannot change your order after submitting it.
- You can place a different order if you cancel the original one.
- There is a short timeframe before your order reaches our warehouse for processing. You can cancel your order during that timeframe.
- If you cancel your order, contact your financial institution for your refund posting timeframe.
- Prices and availability of products on our Site are subject to change without notice.
- All sales, on limited-quantity items, are available only during the specified time-period, while they last, and under the specified terms.
- Promotional sales may end with or without notice.
- Upon termination of the sale or promotion, we are under no obligation, express or implied, to extend promotional sales terms or pricing.
- We correct pricing errors when we discover them.
- Incorrect prices sometimes appear on our Site, despite our best efforts.
- We normally verify prices as part of our dispatch procedures.
- When the correct price of a product is less than our stated price, we charge the lower amount when dispatching the product to you.
- When the correct price of a product is higher than our stated price, at our discretion, we will contact you for instructions before dispatching the order, or reject the order and notify you of such rejection.
- If a pricing error is reasonably obvious and unmistakable, we are under no obligation to provide the product to you at the incorrect (lower) price, even after we send you an Order Confirmation or Shipping Confirmation.
